My website has been claimed for months.  I see analytics etc... But noticed that other claimed accounts have the icon with a checkmark beside their website URL, I never have.  Any ideas?

@helloladypeartree  hummm, it looks okay, I would say having the https vs http shouldn't make a difference.

Your domain name ladypeartree.com resolves to https://ladypeartree.com. That means if someone types in "ladypeartree.com" or "www.ladypeartree.com" or "http://ladypeartree.com" it will lead to "https://ladypeartree.com"

With that in mind, try removing the meta tag, then unclaim your site, and start the process once more; but only use:

ladypeartree.com

As the domain name you want to clam. Be sure to use this guide for your WordPress site, located here. Keep in mind it may take up to 48 hours for the Pinterest spider to crawl your site.

Please let me know your progress. I hope this helps you.

Hello @helloladypeartree , welcome to the PBC! I can see the meta tag is correct in your WordPress site:

<meta name="p:domain_verify" content="7cf6ed57465fd896199dffa01573597c" />

Do you mind attaching a screenshot of the "Claimed Accounts" under Settings? I'll take a look at it.

@helloladypeartree - I've noticed this with some of my client and student accounts, too! The website is claimed but the checkmark isn't showing. I'm glad you asked, and I look forward to seeing Michael's answer if you can provide him with the screenshots. 🙂

Hi Michael, I tried a few ways to get a clear shot for you this is the best I could get.  I hope you can view it.  Thanks for your help.

Hi Michael, it seems that I may have used http instead of https when verifying my account.  Can you tell me if this could be the problem and how to rectify it.  Thanks
