Trying to upload Bulk csv from my Wix website but getting Error Missing header column

Hi I just joined my business and wanted to transfer my products on Wix to the site but when I go to Settings and choose the bulk upload I add the file but get the error

Missing header column
I tried it with Facebook integration also and get the same message.
Could someone advise me on what I'm doing wrong?
