So i was trying to run an ad for a client. I swapped my information in place of her because we were in a time crunch then I got an email I was charged $300 for a past ad that she was never charged for but when I looked back at the ad she shouldn't have even been charged that. Is there something I can do to get a refund? It was an ad from 2017 so I cant even look back that far?
