I've emailed support but haven't heard back. My shopify products stopped syncing on August 1st. Not a great time to fail because I just switched from Summer to Fall products. On my catalog page I can't select the edit button or the pause slider. It has an error message pop-up. Photo of buttons attached.
I've even restarted my computer and still no change. I contacted shopify chat and they said it's all connected and managed by pinterest.
Any advice to get me synced again?
