Pinterest Cache

I recently changed my website theme because I was having issues with the product page. Now when I click some pins it still takes me to the old version of the website. I’ve tried clearing Pinterest cache, iPhone cache, deleted cookies, deleted app, restarted phone etc. It even happens with new pins I added today. Why is the happening randomly with some pins. Any suggestions??

Hi @invitedtoo ! Have you cleared the cache within your website builder AND on your hosting as well (if that applies)? Sounds like it's coming from that end vs. Pinterest's end. I'm certain that the pin just stores the URL information, and if your URL is the same it shouldn't matter. Hope that helps!!

Thanks!!
Liz
