Hello everyone,
Does anyone from here experiment with the situation when outbound clicks for individual pins are dropping off from one day to another? For almost all my pins, the outbound clicks are dropping off from one day to another.
If today for a pin I have, let's say 25 outbound clicks, tomorrow if I check again, that pin will have only 20 outbound clicks. How is it possible?
The outbound click it's a click to the destination URL associated with my pins. Right? So, how is it possible to have less? I'm missing something? I am fairly new to Pinterest. Thank you.
@swatchesofbeauty I've had the same experience & wonder the same as you as to why this is happening!
@foodiehomechef Thank you for your reply.
For me is just strange. In my head, this translates to: if today I click on something (website URL), tomorrow I take my click back. Like how? 🙂
@swatchesofbeauty I hear ya!
Since Pinterest is so large I think it uses several data centers on the backend. When updates happen, the data can be inconsistent if the transaction doesn't occur across the same data center.
