I just wanted to circle back on your post here because as of Oct 20, you can now tag Amazon Affiliate products in your Idea Pins.  Here's a post with some more detail:

Here are the steps on how to tag products in your idea pins (note - you can currently only do it from a mobile device and not your web browser)
