Account reinstated after spam alert but I'm confused.

Firstly can I say a huge thank you to Pinterest for reinstating my account after suspected spam. 

Ironically after going into my account,I did see a pin which directed to viagra when it should have been going to a wedding link!!!! I do not know how it got there but I can now see why I was probably blocked.

One other quick question though. Quite a few of my boards are showing up as having 0 pins even though, when I click on the board, they actually have 200 odd pins within them.

Any thoughts on how I can sort this without having to start again on those boards as the original pins are still these but it just shows 0 pins below the affected board.

Hey @myweddinginspire, great to hear that your account was reinstated!! Thanks for flagging the issue with your boards and Pins not showing up. Sounds like our team is going to have to do a little troubleshooting and do some digging to find the root of the issue. Can you file a ticket so our team can look into it? Thank you!

I'm having the exact same issue. It was "suspended" and then after 2 weeks, I received a notice that the suspension was a Pinterest error, but now multiple boards are showing up with 0 pins. I'll follow @PinterestGabby directions and file a ticket. Thanks for asking this!

The bizarre bit is that the boards are full and showing no issues but obviously people going to the boards would assume they were empty.

Looks like most of mine have been fixed now which is great.I only have 4 boards now that are showing up as having 0 pins which make me think it's being done manually.

Hey @myweddinginspire, I'd recommend reaching back out to support and letting them know that you're seeing some discrepancies with your boards.

@myweddinginspire  @wanderwwonder Hey there! Unfortunately this can happen sometimes, couple of month ago my Pinterest Profile with 10k followers suspended by mistaken, I contacted with support team they reactivated my profile within a day, but I lost 8 k of my followers. I sent several emails to support team, they said it will be fixed  but my followers never recovered. I know it is very disappointed  but sometimes you have no choice but go on.
