The Pinterest Pioneers Program is our community ambassador program that aims to spotlight the contributions of our most engaged members. The Pioneers represent the community and provide support, drive discussions, share Pinterest knowledge, and exchange ideas to help create a positive and collaborative environment.
Pioneers are our most active and engaged community members who have been invited or applied to the Pioneer program.

Every Pioneer has a special badge on their profile to help identify them! If you see a member with this badge in the community, you’ll know you can count on them for help based on their area of knowledge.
Community members can become a Pioneer by receiving an invitation to the program from the community team or by submitting an application here.*
New Pioneer cohorts are added on a rolling basis. If you are a good fit a member of our community team will follow-up with you via email. Members are chosen based on their contributions in the community and their demonstrated knowledge of Pinterest products.

Pioneers are expected to contribute to the community on a regular basis and complete (1) content mission per month. Content missions can include responding to fellow community members, providing solutions, sharing tips and tricks, creating helpful articles and blogs, and more. We expect Pioneers to lead by example and demonstrate appropriate community behavior by adhering to our Community Code of Conduct.
